-Cancellation and No Show Policy-
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled in 24 hours or less will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
Any appointment that results in a "No Show" will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. We also have a *3x repeat* refusal of service.
Please understand that these policies help protect both stylists and clients. We do have a cancellation list that we use and we want to offer everyone the time needed.
We also have the right to refuse a client who is late to their appointment. Although we understand, things happen, we also need to respect the other clients who are scheduled, as well as the stylist's time.
